## Overview

The LILYGO T5 4.7-inch E-Paper V2.3 is an updated e-paper development board featuring a large 4.7-inch electrophoretic display driven by the EDO47TC1 controller at 540×960 resolution with 16 gray levels. Powered by an ESP32-S3 with 16MB flash and 8MB PSRAM, it includes a PCF8563 RTC for timekeeping and battery capacity detection for portable operation. An optional capacitive touch overlay with L58 touch chip enables interactive e-paper applications. The board is compatible with Arduino IDE and the LilyGo-EPD47 library. Note: partial refreshes should be avoided to prevent display burn-in—full refresh is recommended for all updates.
