The LILYGO T4 S3 is a premium ESP32-S3-based development board featuring a vibrant 2.41-inch SPI RGB AMOLED touchscreen with 450×600 pixel resolution at 800 cd/m² brightness, driven via QSPI interface. Powered by the ESP32-S3R8 dual-core Xtensa LX7 processor at 240MHz, it offers 16MB flash and 8MB PSRAM for demanding applications. The board includes a microSD card slot, boot and reset buttons, and supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE). Multiple form factors are available including soldered/unsoldered headers and a shell version. Development is supported via Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, and MicroPython using C, C++, or Lua.
