## Description

## Overview

The M5Stack FIRE V2.7 is a feature-rich ESP32-based IoT development kit that builds on M5Stack's modular stackable ecosystem. It packs a dual-core Xtensa LX6 processor running at 240MHz with 8MB PSRAM and 16MB flash into a compact 54mm square enclosure with a 2.0-inch IPS LCD display (320x240, 853nit brightness).

The FIRE edition differentiates itself from the Basic Core by including 8MB PSRAM for memory-intensive applications, a BMM150 3-axis magnetometer for compass functionality, 10 programmable SK6812 RGB LEDs on the M5GO base, and a larger 500mAh battery. The M5GO charging base adds LEGO-compatible connectors for mechanical integration and a dedicated charging dock.

The kit includes three programmable buttons, a built-in microphone, 1W speaker, microSD card slot, and three Grove expansion ports (I2C, UART, and analog/DAC) for connecting sensors and actuators. An extensive software ecosystem supports Arduino, ESP-IDF, UIFlow, MicroPython, ESPHome, and PlatformIO.
