## Description

## Overview

The LILYGO T-Internet-POE combines the Espressif ESP32 with a Microchip LAN8720 Ethernet PHY and onboard PoE circuitry (DP9900LP-5V, 36–57V input), enabling wired network deployment powered directly from a PoE switch without a separate power supply. This makes it ideal for permanent installations in network closets, industrial enclosures, or anywhere that Ethernet cable routing is more practical than WiFi.

The ESP32's dual-core Xtensa LX6 at 240MHz runs WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.2 alongside the wired Ethernet, enabling bridge scenarios between wireless sensors and the wired network. With 4MB flash and a microSD card slot for local data logging, the board handles autonomous data collection and network forwarding tasks.

Onboard RST and BOOT buttons facilitate firmware updates, and a USB-C port with CH340C programmer option provides an alternative programming interface. Part of the LILYGO ETH Series, with comprehensive Arduino and ESP-IDF examples on GitHub for Ethernet, MQTT, and HTTP server applications.
