Overview

The LILYGO T-Wrist E-Paper is a compact wearable development board built around the ESP32 microcontroller. It features a 1.54-inch SPI e-paper display with 200×200 pixel resolution and a 2-second full refresh time. An integrated vibrating DC motor enables haptic feedback for notifications. WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 provide wireless connectivity. An optional LG77 GNSS module variant adds GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou positioning. The board exposes UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, I2S, and SDIO buses, includes battery power detection, a reset button, and one user button. No housing is included, but 3D-printable shell files are available on the GitHub repository. A T-U2T USB-to-serial adapter is sold separately for programming without a built-in USB bridge.
