The BigTreeTech BTT Pi V1.2 (also known as the BIGTREETECH Pi) is a compact single-board computer purpose-built for 3D printer control. It is powered by the Allwinner H616 quad-core Cortex-A53 processor running at 1.5GHz, paired with 1GB DDR3L RAM and a microSD slot for the operating system. The board measures 40 x 55mm, identical to the CB1 compute module form factor, and uses a BTB connector that is compatible with the Raspberry Pi CM4 ecosystem.
Networking is provided by a 2.4GHz 802.11 b/g/n WiFi module and a 100Mbps Ethernet port. The board exposes three USB 2.0 host ports plus one USB OTG port, and a full 40-pin GPIO header for peripherals. Power input is 5V/2A via the carrier board connector.
The BTT Pi ships with a CB1-compatible OS image based on Debian/Armbian, pre-configured for Klipper. It is intended to replace a Raspberry Pi on 3D printer control boards such as the Manta M4P, M5P, and M8P, as well as acting as a standalone SBC for any Linux workload. Schematics and hardware design files are published on GitHub under an open-source license.
