Overview

The LuckFox Core3576 Module is a 69.6 x 45mm SO-DIMM compute module powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC, providing the same octa-core processing power as the Omni3576 development board in a standalone module form factor designed for integration into custom carrier boards. It features four Cortex-A72 cores at 2.2GHz paired with four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.8GHz, an ARM Mali G52 GPU at 800MHz, and a 6 TOPS NPU supporting multiple quantization formats for AI inference.

The module exposes an extensive peripheral set through its 260-pin SO-DIMM connector: triple simultaneous display outputs (HDMI 2.1 at 4K@120fps, eDP 1.3 at 4K@60fps, and 4-lane MIPI DSI at 2K@60fps), triple MIPI CSI camera inputs (2x DPHY + 1x D/CPHY), dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2 Gen 1 with DisplayPort alt mode, dual PCIe 2.1/SATA 3.1 lanes, and a comprehensive bus interface set including 12 UARTs, 10 I2C, 5 SPI, 2 CAN FD, 8-channel SAR ADC, and 2 SDIO 3.0 interfaces.

Available with 4GB or 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 0/32/64GB eMMC storage options, the Core3576 module supports Debian, Ubuntu, Android 14, and Buildroot. It is ideal for product developers building edge AI appliances, multi-display digital signage, industrial vision systems, or automotive infotainment platforms who need a powerful compute core in a standardized SO-DIMM form factor.
