## Overview

The LILYGO T5 V2.3.1 is a compact 2.13-inch e-paper display module built around the SSD1680 driver chip. It communicates over 3-wire or 4-wire SPI and operates at 3.3V, making it ideal for battery-powered and ultra-low-power applications. The display supports 212×104 pixel resolution with 2 grey levels (black and white) and a full refresh time of 8 seconds. Because e-paper retains its image without power, it is well-suited for shelf labels, industrial instruments, and IoT status displays where infrequent updates are acceptable. The module is compatible with Arduino/ESP32 development workflows via the LilyGo-T5-Epaper-Series library.
