## Overview

The LILYGO T3 TCXO is an ESP32-based LoRa development board that incorporates a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) to deliver superior frequency accuracy and stability for the onboard LoRa radio. Standard crystal oscillators drift with temperature changes, which degrades LoRa link reliability in outdoor or variable-temperature deployments — the TCXO eliminates this drift. The board features a 0.96-inch SSD1306 OLED display (128×64, I2C on IO21/IO22), 4MB Flash, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.2/BLE. It supports USB or 3.7V LiPo battery power with a battery switch, and includes a TF card slot and Reset/Boot buttons. Available in 868MHz and 915MHz variants, it is well-suited for long-range Meshtastic nodes and precision LoRaWAN deployments that require stable RF performance across temperature extremes.
