## Overview

The NanoPi K2 is a versatile single-board computer from FriendlyElec powered by the Amlogic S905 quad-core Cortex-A53 SoC. With 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 8GB of eMMC storage, and a microSD slot, it provides a capable platform for running full Linux distributions including Armbian-supported Debian and Ubuntu images.

A key differentiator from other FriendlyElec boards is its integrated wireless connectivity: built-in 802.11b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 make the K2 convenient for IoT gateway and media center applications where cable management is important.
