Overview
The DFRobot Beetle RP2350 is an ultra-compact, budget-friendly development board featuring the Raspberry Pi RP2350 dual-architecture processor. At just $4.90, it offers switchable ARM Cortex-M33 and Hazard3 RISC-V dual cores running at 150MHz, with 520KB SRAM and 2MB flash in a coin-sized 25x20.5mm footprint.
The board integrates lithium battery charging management and voltage monitoring, allowing portable battery-powered operation without external charging circuits. It exposes 11 programmable I/O pins and supports USB-C for programming and power. The single-sided component layout with half-hole design enables both prototyping and SMT production integration.
Supporting C/C++, MicroPython, and Arduino development environments, the Beetle RP2350 targets space-constrained applications including wearables, smart home devices, and industrial IoT. Its dual-architecture flexibility lets developers choose between ARM and RISC-V depending on their application needs.
