The BigTreeTech SKR Mini E3 V3.0 is the latest iteration of the popular SKR Mini E3 series and represents a significant hardware upgrade. It moves from the STM32F103 to the STM32G0B1RET6 ARM Cortex-M0+ processor with a larger 512KB flash and improved peripherals, while maintaining the same compact form factor as its predecessors for Ender 3 compatibility.

Key improvements in V3.0 include USB Type-C connectivity replacing Micro-B, native CAN bus support for future toolhead expansion, and improved EMI filtering. The board retains 4 integrated TMC2209 stepper drivers in UART mode with StealthChop2 and stallGuard. Dual Z-axis ports are carried over from V2.0.

The board accepts 12–24V DC input, includes a MicroSD slot, BLTouch/CR Touch header, filament runout sensor input, and display connectors. Full open-source hardware files are published on GitHub and both Marlin 2.x and Klipper firmware are supported with configuration examples available from the Marlin Configurations repository.
