The BigTreeTech SKR Mini E3 V2.0 is an enhanced revision of the popular SKR Mini E3 series, designed as a compact drop-in replacement for Ender 3 and compatible Creality printers. It retains the STM32F103RCT6 ARM Cortex-M3 processor at 72MHz with 4 integrated TMC2209 stepper drivers, while adding key hardware improvements based on community feedback.

Version 2.0 adds dual Z-axis interface ports for independent dual-Z setups, expanding printer compatibility to include CR-10S, CR-10 S4, CR-10 S5, Ender 5, Ender 5 Pro, and Ender 5 Plus. The integrated TMC2209 UART drivers provide ultra-quiet StealthChop2 operation and stallGuard sensorless homing without requiring separate driver modules.

The board supports 12–24V DC input, USB Micro-B for host connectivity, a MicroSD slot for file access, and standard display expansion headers. Full open-source hardware files including schematics and PCB layouts are available on GitHub. Both Marlin 2.x and Klipper firmware configurations are supported and pre-configured examples are available from the Marlin Configurations repository.
