## Description

The BigTreeTech Scylla V1.0 is a professional-grade control board for CNC engraving machines, running RepRapFirmware on a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 STM32H723VGT6 microcontroller at 550MHz. This powerful MCU ensures smooth real-time motion control even with complex multi-axis toolpaths.

Four onboard TMC2160 stepper drivers (X, Y, Z, A axes) operate in SPI mode with DIAG support, each capable of 24-56V input and 4.7A RMS continuous current (6.7A peak). A large red heatsink covers all four drivers to maintain thermal performance under sustained heavy loads. Power architecture uses three independent inputs: V-Motor (DC 24-56V, 10A), V-MCU (DC 24-56V, 3A), and V-MOS (DC 24-56V, 10A) — all with reverse polarity and overvoltage/overcurrent protection.

The board features comprehensive I/O: 8 optoisolated endstop inputs, 3 auxiliary high-current FET outputs (AUX0/1/2) plus MIST and COOL outputs, 1 mechanical relay (COM/NO/NC), 2 probe/tool optoisolated inputs supporting PNP/NPN, VFD spindle interface (0-10V analogue + digital direction + enable), USB Type-C, RS-485 with ESD protection, CAN bus with ESD protection, I2C, UART, SPI, ESP32 WiFi module header, 1 RGB WS2812 output, and a MicroSD card slot. Currently supports RepRapFirmware with grblHAL and LinuxCNC (via Remora) planned.
