## Description

## Overview

The Renegade (model ROC-RK3328-CC) is Libre Computer's Rockchip-based SBC, powered by the quad-core RK3328 Cortex-A53 processor with built-in Gigabit Ethernet PHY. Available in 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB DDR4 configurations with 8GB to 32GB eMMC storage, it provides flexible options for various use cases from lightweight IoT up to desktop computing.

The Renegade supports 4K H.265 video decode and HDR output via HDMI 2.0, making it attractive for media center builds. It includes one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, and a USB-C power connector. The board's Gigabit Ethernet is natively integrated into the RK3328 SoC, providing reliable full line-rate performance.

Libre Computer's commitment to mainline Linux support means the Renegade runs modern kernel versions without vendor patches. Armbian provides polished Debian and Ubuntu images, and the board's 40-pin GPIO header ensures compatibility with a wide range of accessories and expansion boards. It is powered via 5V USB-C, making it easy to supply from standard phone chargers.
