## Description

The BigTreeTech TFT35-SPI V2.1 is a compact 3.5-inch touchscreen display measuring 480x320 pixels, designed specifically for use with BIGTREETECH CB1-based 3D printer control boards. Unlike the TFT35 V3.0 which uses a standalone STM32, this display is controlled directly by the host CPU via SPI (ILI9488 driver IC) for the LCD and I2C (NS2009 touch controller) for touch input, reducing cost and complexity.

The display connects via an FPC flat cable and an XH2.54 terminal connector for power and communication. It is compatible with CB1 OS version 2.2.1 and later; setup requires editing the BoardEnv.txt file to enable the appropriate overlays. The board dimensions are 98x56mm with matching 98x56mm mounting footprint. An optional IO2CAN module can be used alongside this display to add CAN bus connectivity to the printer setup.

The TFT35-SPI V2.1 is ideal for BIGTREETECH Manta and similar boards where a cost-effective touchscreen interface is needed without an additional display controller MCU. Open-source hardware design files are available in the GitHub repository.
