## Description

## Overview

The Arduino Nano is the compact breadboard-friendly version of the classic Arduino, delivering the same ATmega328P processing power as the Uno Rev3 in a much smaller 45×18mm package. With 32KB flash, 2KB SRAM, and 1KB EEPROM, it runs the same sketches and libraries as the Uno while fitting neatly into breadboards for rapid prototyping.

Featuring 14 digital I/O pins (6 PWM), 8 analog inputs (two more than the Uno), Mini-B USB for programming and power, and header pins on both sides, it's the go-to board for space-constrained projects. The board can be powered via USB, an unregulated 6-20V supply on pin 30, or a regulated 5V supply on pin 27.

Despite newer Nano variants with more powerful processors, the original Nano remains popular for its simplicity, rock-solid reliability, extremely wide library compatibility, and the massive ecosystem of tutorials and projects built around the ATmega328P platform.
