## Description

## Overview

The ODROID C4 is Hardkernel's mid-range SBC built around the Amlogic S905X3 quad-core Cortex-A55 processor clocked at up to 2.0 GHz. Pairing the SoC with 4GB of DDR4 RAM and a Mali-G31 GPU, the C4 delivers smooth 4K HDR video decode alongside solid general-purpose computing performance.

The board includes a USB 3.0 port, three USB 2.0 ports, and an eMMC module connector for fast storage alongside the standard microSD slot. A full-size HDMI 2.0 output handles 4K video, and a 40-pin GPIO header provides access to I2C, SPI, I2S, and 1-Wire interfaces for maker projects. Gigabit Ethernet provides reliable wired networking, and Docker is fully supported.

Armbian offers standard long-term support for the C4 with mainline kernel images. The board is a popular choice for home servers, media centers, and IoT gateway applications where cost-efficiency and proven software support are priorities. Power is supplied via a 12V DC barrel jack.
