## Description

## Overview

The Pine64 Oz64 is a compact single board computer that uniquely offers both RISC-V and ARM Cortex-A53 execution via a hardware switch on the Sophgo SG2000 SoC. The board features a 1GHz T-Head C906 RISC-V 64-bit main core, a 700MHz C906 co-processor core, an ARM Cortex-A53 at 1GHz (hardware-selectable), and an 8051 low-power MCU at up to 300MHz — all backed by 512MB of DDR3 memory integrated directly into the SoC package.

Connectivity is a standout feature with WiFi 6 (802.11ax) and BLE 5.2 via the AIC8800DC module, plus onboard 10/100 Mbps Ethernet with optional PoE support. The board includes dual MIPI-CSI camera connectors, MIPI-DSI display output, a 3.5mm audio jack with built-in microphone, microSD and eMMC storage options, and an ATECC608A hardware security element — all in an 85mm x 56mm form factor.

The Oz64 runs Debian Linux on RISC-V with growing support from the Sophgo ecosystem. The 0.5 TOPS INT8 NPU enables edge AI inference, and the dual camera ports make it particularly suited for computer vision and security applications. Apache NuttX RTOS support is also available for real-time embedded use cases, and the unique ARM/RISC-V hardware switch makes it an excellent platform for cross-ISA development and benchmarking.
