Bus Interfaces
The Milk-V Megrez is a powerful Mini-ITX RISC-V board built around the ESWIN EIC7700X SoC, which features four SiFive P550 cores (RISC-V RV64GBCH) with hypervisor extension support. The 13-stage, triple-issue, out-of-order pipeline delivers strong single-threaded performance at 1.8GHz, with ECC support for reliability-critical applications.
The integrated NPU delivers an impressive 19.95 TOPS at INT8 precision with INT16 and FP16 support, making it one of the most powerful AI-capable RISC-V boards available. It supports PyTorch, TensorFlow, PaddlePaddle, and ONNX frameworks. The IMG AXM-8-256 GPU provides 0.25 TFLOPS, 1 TOPS, and 8 Gpixels with OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2.1, and Vulkan 1.2 support.
The Megrez handles 8K@50fps H.265 video decoding (or 32 channels of 1080p@30fps) and 8K@25fps encoding. Standard Mini-ITX connectivity includes dual Gigabit Ethernet, 4x USB 3.0, PCIe x8 slot (Gen3 x4), M.2 for WiFi, SATA3, HDMI 2.0, and both 12V DC and ATX 24-pin power inputs.
