Armassi: IRC-Style Armachat Client
An Irssi-inspired terminal IRC client clone for the Armachat LoRa communicator, bringing a familiar text-based chat interface to off-grid mesh messaging over LoRa radio.
Overview
Armassi is a community project by rosmo that reimagines the Armachat messaging interface as an Irssi-style terminal chat client. Irssi is a well-known terminal-based IRC client, and Armassi brings that familiar text UI paradigm to off-grid LoRa communication on the Armachat hardware.
Concept
The project bridges the gap between familiar IRC chat interfaces and off-grid LoRa messaging. Users who are comfortable with terminal-based IRC clients will find a familiar interaction model for sending and receiving messages over LoRa radio without internet connectivity.
